How does per-environment billing work?
On Team you buy the number of environments you need, at $65 each per month. That number is your environment quota. You pay for what you bought, not for what happens to be connected on a given day. Users and agents are not billed.
What counts as an environment?
An environment is a target your team and agents operate on, like a cloud account, a cluster, or a production stage. It counts against your quota from the moment it is created until it is deleted, even if its credentials expire or it goes offline. Delete an environment to free its slot.
What happens if I go over a quota?
Quotas are checked when something is created. Adding an environment, user, agent, or workspace beyond your plan's quota fails, and everything you already have keeps working. Buy more environments or move to a bigger plan to raise the limit.
What is the max quota?
The Team plan goes up to 45 environments, 45 users, and 45 agents. Need more of any of them? That's Enterprise, with quotas set for your organization. Book a call and we'll put together a plan that fits.
Can I reduce the number of environments I pay for?
Not yet. You can add environments at any time, up to the max quota, but purchased environments can't be reduced for now.
What is included in the Free plan?
Every feature of the platform, with reduced quotas: 1 workspace, 2 environments, 3 users, and 3 agents. A good fit for personal use or small teams, with no card required.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Team or Enterprise at any time.
Where is my data stored?
On the Free and Team plans your data stays within our managed infrastructure. With a Private Install, nothing leaves your own perimeter.
How do I get Enterprise or private install pricing?
Enterprise plans are priced per environment and scope. Book a call and we'll put a proposal together.
